By Car A word of caution if you are planning to drive. The streets around the stadium are all residential and are subject to stringent parking restrictions on major match days. If you park on one of these streets you will almost certainly be ticketed or, at the worst, your vehicle will have been removed when you return to it.
It would also be better for you to avoid driving too close to the stadium on matchdays. Edgbaston Road, directly outside the stadium between the Pershore Road junction and Willows Road, will be closed to traffic, as usual, for 2 hours before the start of play on each day and up to 2 hours after the match finishes.
